WEED DELIVERY FAQs

How do I order?
  1. You can use our easy online menu and complete your order online or call in to place your order over the phone: 647 - 349 - 7447.
  2. Interact e-Transfer is automatically selected as your payment method.
  3. After placing your order, you must send an Interact e-Transfer to "mylitpayment@gmail.com" . These steps must be followed in order to process your order in a timely manner.
  4. Product(s) will be delivered to your doorstep within two hours across the G.T.A.
  5. Canada wide shipping normally take 1-3 business days 

Note: All orders will be delivered on the same day once your order was placed before 3:00 am Mon -Sat. Open on Sundays for instore shopping only.  All delivery are securely sealed and completely odorless to insure your privacy.

Where do you deliver?

We provide same-day weed delivery to the following areas Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond, Mississauga, and Brampton.

Canada wide mail order via Canada post 2 to 3 business days to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Ontario, Qubec, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland & Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon

What payment methods do you accept?

From your checkout menu, you can select Interac E-transfer, Cash on Pick-up only or Credit Card . 

Are there delivery fees?

Yes!   A delivery fee of $15 will be applied for any order under $125. Delivery across the Canada is free with a minimum order of $125.  

When will my delivery arrive?

Typical wait time is less than two hours, but may vary depending on traffic. Interac deliveries are not dispatched until payment has cleared. If you would like to arrange a specific time, please include that in Additional Notes at the bottom of your checkout. Mail orders typically take 1-3 business days to arrive with Canada Post express post. Depending on the location of your community it may take as much as 5 business days to deliver.

REFUND/RETURN

What is your refund policy?

Cannabis Products
All of our active cannabis products (flower, oils, capsules, sprays, pre-rolls, etc) are final sale.

 

Non-Cannabis Products
Unopened and unused non-cannabis products can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery receipt. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Sale/discounted items are final sale.

What is your return policy?

Requesting A Return
Please bring unopened and unused non-cannabis products into a Lit Weed Delivery pickup location to process a return.  Once we have received and inspected the return, we will process the refund.
